These Website Terms govern access to and use of lvlhaus.com and its public website content. Product purchases and licenses are also governed by the Business Customer License and Terms of Sale, the applicable Offer Schedule, the Refund and Product Remedy Policy, and any product-specific conditions presented at checkout.
1. Website purpose
Lvl Haus provides general information and operational and educational resources for businesses and the professionals who support them. Public website content is not legal, tax, accounting, benefits, payroll, cybersecurity, privacy, or other professional advice. Website use does not by itself create an attorney-client, fiduciary, adviser, consulting, implementation, or other professional-service relationship.
2. Permitted website use
You may view and use public website content for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; scrape, systematically extract, or reproduce substantial website content to create a substitute content library; misrepresent Lvl Haus content as independently authored; use the site to distribute malicious code; or use the website in violation of applicable law.

4. Purchases and downloads
Product descriptions, included files, version, price, license scope, download limits, expiration, support, and other product-specific conditions are stated in the applicable Offer Schedule and checkout record. A product purchase does not include future versions, ongoing regulatory monitoring, professional review, platform access, customization, implementation, or other continuing services unless expressly stated.
The applicable Business Customer License and Terms of Sale and Refund and Product Remedy Policy govern product use and purchase remedies. If product-specific conditions expressly conflict with these general Website Terms, the product-specific condition applies only to that Product and only to the extent of the conflict; mandatory law controls where applicable.
5. Intellectual property
Lvl Haus and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, text, graphics, downloads, Product materials, and other intellectual property, except for third-party materials identified as such. Website access does not grant a license to reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit Lvl Haus materials. Rights in purchased Products are limited to those expressly stated in the applicable license and Offer Schedule.
6. External links and third-party services
The website may link to or depend on third-party sites, payment providers, platforms, or services. Lvl Haus does not control their content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
7. Website availability and changes
Lvl Haus may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website features or public content. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or indefinite hosting of purchased files. Product corrections, supersession, and withdrawals are handled under the applicable Product documents and procedures.
8. Privacy
The Lvl Haus Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It operates as a separate privacy notice and does not expand the Product license.
9. Communications
When you contact Lvl Haus or submit information, provide only information reasonably necessary for the request. Do not send sensitive or regulated personal information through ordinary website, email, or support channels unless Lvl Haus expressly provides an approved secure method.
10. Changes to these terms
Lvl Haus may update these Website Terms. A revised version will have a new version identifier and effective date. The version applicable to an order or acceptance event will be preserved with the related transaction evidence.

Lvl Haus approved this version for use on October 15, 2026 without external legal review. This version does not include generic provisions on warranties, liability limits, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, governing law, venue, or other subjects that Lvl Haus previously reserved for external counsel. Applicable law governs where relevant.
